As a trusted creative partner, VALIDATE understands Herschend Entertainment’s mission to “create memories worth repeating.” When asked to produce content for their HEART guest service training, we saw an opportunity to go beyond a standard video.
We pitched the Harlem Globetrotters as hosts, leveraging their positive message—part of the Herschend brand since 2013. To engage 10,000+ employees across theme parks, aquariums, and resorts, we created 10 minutes of premium content, strategically divided to spark discussions and drive practical exercises. This transformed passive viewing into active learning, uniting employees around guest-focused excellence.
VALIDATE partnered with Big Cedar Lodge, a premier hospitality destination in the Ozark Mountains, to enhance their HR onboarding process and build a stronger, more cohesive workforce. Over the past five years, we have created innovative video content to support their employee experience, culminating in a 45-minute orientation video that immerses new hires in the resort’s culture, mission, and values.
Featuring an exclusive interview with Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris, the video reinforces the company’s commitment to conservation while fostering a sense of pride and belonging among employees. By streamlining onboarding and reducing training time by 50%, this project has helped new team members feel more connected, informed, and motivated from day one.
